Job Description

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store. Understand customers’ needs and assist in selecting suitable jewelry pieces. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through personalized service. Maintain a detailed customer database and follow up with clients for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, etc.). Educate customers about product materials, designs, maintenance, and after-sales services. Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless customer service. Promote store events, offers, and new arrivals to clientele via calls, messages, or emails. Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets as defined by management. Support visual merchandising and help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.
