Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify potential clients and help grow the company’s client base.
• Handle client queries related to trading and investment products.
• Promote company products such as mutual funds, PMS, and trading accounts.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC updates, and other service requirements.
• Coordinate with the dealing desk and back-office teams for timely client support
• Achieve assigned goals within stipulated timelines

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding or interest in stock markets and financial products.
• Customer friendly attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Freshers are welcome.
