Job Description

As a Call Center Executive in the real estate industry, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from potential buyers and NRI leads. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate information about various projects, pricing details, location advantages, and amenities to interested clients. It will be your duty to qualify and filter leads based on their level of interest, budget constraints, and readiness to invest in real estate. Moreover, you will be responsible for scheduling site visits and coordinating appointments for the sales team. Keeping detailed records of client interactions in CRM tools, following up with clients regularly to nurture and convert leads, and liaising with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and CRM for lead updates and scheduling will also be part of your daily tasks. Addressing basic client queries and ensuring a positive pre-sales experience are essential components of your role. To excel in this position, you must stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and have a good understanding of project knowledge. A positive attitude, excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills are crucial for success in this role. The ability to accept feedback, adapt quickly, and work in rotational shifts, including weekends, are key requirements. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred. For this role, we are looking for male candidates with any degree (a background in Real Estate or Sales is a plus) and 0 to 2 years of experience. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory for effective communication with clients.
