Customer relations Executive (sales & service)

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to memorize scripts and adapt them according to the specific needs of clients during telecalling. It is crucial to nurture relationships with current clients and establish connections with potential clients to build trust and understanding. Additionally, you will be required to create detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation based on the conversations held during telecalling sessions. Your insights and observations gathered during calls should be reported to the team lead for further analysis. It is essential to strictly follow the organizational guidelines and methodologies while engaging in telecalling activities. Furthermore, your role will involve cold calling active or previous clients to generate sales and meet targets effectively.
