About the Role:
We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, and dependable Customer Relations Executive to manage inbound calls and client interactions. This is a part-time or freelance opportunity — ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a calm and persuasive communication style, and is looking to grow into a more permanent role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and queries from leads and clients
• Maintain polite, professional, and engaging communication in both English and Hindi
• Document call details and follow up when necessary
• Build positive relationships with leads and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Coordinate with internal team members and report feedback or client needs

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken)
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, call logs)
• Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or telecalling is a bonus
