Job Title: Customer Relations Executive

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining strong relationships that contribute to long-term business success.

Note: Candidates with prior experience in Mannual Quality Analyst (QA) who are looking to move into a client-facing role are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential and existing clients via email, website, and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, presentations, and related documentation in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and task updates using CRM and documentation tools.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure client communications align with current campaigns.
  • Conduct basic research on client industries and competitors to support tailored communication and proposals.
  • Ensure an excellent client experience throughout all stages of interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer relations, client engagement—preferably in the IT or tech sector.
  • Prior QA experience is also welcome, especially for candidates transitioning into customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exposure to IT/software services, SaaS products, or digital agencies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
  • Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and other client-facing documents.
