Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional transition.
• Client Support: Address and resolve client issues promptly through calls, emails, or meetings.
• Billing Management: Coordinate and ensure timely billing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
• Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to existing clients.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.
• Feedback Management: Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams for service enhancement.
• Coordination: Work closely with technical, finance, and operations teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain client records, issue logs, and billing updates in CRM tools.
• Performance Review: Participate in weekly review meetings to report progress and client satisfaction levels.
• Client Engagement: Support in planning and executing engagement or retention activities for key clients.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,233.98 - ₹25,633.87 per month
