Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom.
  • Assist customers by directing them to the right department or sales staff.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Handle inquiries, phone calls, and basic customer service tasks.
  • Maintain records of customer visits and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service team for customer needs.
  • Ensure the reception and showroom area is neat and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate/Plus Two or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service/front office preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
