Customer Order Service Parts / Analog US&C Supp

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at our company, your role will involve placing orders in the SAP system, identifying and resolving issues related to orders, utilizing SAP and other system tools to manage orders, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will also include communicating effectively with customers, following up on orders, and adhering to company policies and objectives. You should be self-motivated, able to take ownership of responsibilities, and have a strong customer service orientation. Key Responsibilities: - Placing orders in the SAP system - Identifying and resolving issues related to orders - Utilizing SAP and other system tools to manage orders - Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Communicating effectively with customers - Following up on orders and providing tracking and status updates - Adhering to company policies and objectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in relevant field - 2 years" experience in Order fulfillment / Order to Cash process - Strong proficiency in English, both oral and written - Strong customer service orientation - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Team player with a positive attitude - Ability to handle technical product orders - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Able to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Please note the working schedule for this position is On Call Monday through Friday with a 9-hour shift window from 5:30 pm to 5:30 am IST. International voice calling experience is preferred.,
