Job Description

Customer Master Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Operations:

    Lead and manage the day-to-day

    MDM (Master Data Management)

    operations, including data validation, cleansing, and enrichment. You will oversee key performance indicators related to master data quality and operational success.
  • Data Governance & Quality:

    Oversee data governance practices, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements such as

    GDPR, HIPAA

    , and

    GxP

    . You will drive continuous improvements to enhance data accuracy and quality.
  • Collaboration & Integration:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data issues and improve data workflows. You will lead data migration, integration projects, and system upgrades to ensure seamless data consistency across platforms.
  • Strategic Direction:

    Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to set data strategy for master data domains and drive prioritization across different projects and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a

    STEM

    discipline with 7-8 years of experience in enterprise applications like

    SAP

    or

    Oracle

    .
  • Proven experience in

    Customer Master data management

    and data governance, preferably in healthcare or a biotech supply chain.
  • Expertise in master data management processes and a solid understanding of

    SAP ECC

    .
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    and visualization tools like

    Spotfire, Tableau

    , or

    Power BI

    .
  • Experience with

    SAP S/4, SAP MDG

    , or

    SAP TM

    is a plus.
