Job Description

As a Customer Data Analyst at our global Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the quality of customer data in our CRM landscape. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular audits and cleansing of customer records in Siebel CRM to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Identifying and resolving data issues such as duplicates, outdated records, and misclassifications. - Establishing and maintaining data governance standards in collaboration with global stakeholders. - Monitoring data quality metrics and providing regular reporting to leadership. You will also actively support the migration from Siebel to Salesforce CRM, ensuring high data integrity throughout the process. This will involve participating in data mapping, validation, user testing, and feedback loops, as well as optimizing the data structure in Salesforce to meet business and user needs. In addition, you will manage the intake, routing, and tracking of leads from various sources, validate and enrich lead data, and provide reporting on lead pipeline performance. You will also recommend and help implement improvements to CRM workflows, develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to data and lead management, and contribute to user training materials and onboarding documentation. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM data management, sales operations, or business analytics. - Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM is required; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a strong plus. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI, or Tableau) is desirable. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams. Preferred Attributes: - Experience with CRM transitions or large-scale data migration projects. - Understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and suggest improvements proactively. - Comfort working across multiple time zones and with remote teams. We offer a work-from-home remote position with minimal traveling requirements, a collaborative and international environment with different cultures, and English as the company language.,
