• Handling customer queries and providing basic support through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Performing data entry and maintaining records using

• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth customer handling.
• Ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups with clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Good knowledge of

  MS Excel

• Should be polite, professional, and have a customer-oriented approach.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are also welcome.
