JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: PATRON DELIGHT OFFICER GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The purpose of this post is to handle a team of front liners. Accountable for issuing floats & handle cash, Interaction with the IT team for POS machines backup. JOB FUNCTIONS 1 Responsible for leading a team of 7 10 employees. 2 Accountable for issuing floats & handling cash in starting & end of his shift respectively Should be intellectual enough to inspire his team & for giving them a backup support for doing 3 suggestive selling to increase the revenue of the Cinema. 4 Responsible for interacting with the technical team to have the proper machine backup in Canteen area.Interacts with IT team on regular bases to have proper POS machines backup in Canteen & Box Office area for proper server functioning. 5 Responsible that his team should be well groomed. 6 Interacts with customer basic grievance and in case of situation out of the control inform the same to immediate supervisor. 7 Responsible for pilferage during the shift. 8 Responsible for area been designated to be maintained with proper hygiene and sanitization process. 9 Responsible for any equipment damage during his operation hours due to miss handling by his team. 10 Responsible to make sure all safety related guidelines are been followed and monitored in regular interval. EDUCATION: Must be a graduate. Hotels and Restaurant Background, Diploma holder in Hotel Management/IHM.

Customer Experience Team is responsible for managing Customer expectations received over mail, various touchpoints like PMLI Partners location /India service ID/Sales /Branch/Regulators & other Forums. We are also responsible for providing operational support to business partners like AMEX, PNB, JKB, KBL etc. through dedicated team. We also partner with Legal function in addressing customers concerns raised through litigation /statutory forums like Ombudsman, CDRF etc. and support by providing details analysis and synopsis to defend the cases in the court of law. We have dedicated SPOC to manage Senior Leadership Escalations along with identification of opportunities for enhanced customer experience through structured Root Cause Mechanism. Drive the stakeholders for enhancing customer experience and reducing both Operations and Sales Complaints. Ensure all regulatory and internal reporting are done timely and effectively. The team is responsible for sharing analytics and insights with management to take decisions wherever needed. For above mentioned vacant position we are looking for a candidate with hands On knowledge of managing the Customer Grievance Process/Email Management Process along with knowledge of regulatory guidelines impacting Customer Grievance of Insurance Company. The candidate should have Good knowledge of Excel/ Power Point and eye for an details to manage the complexities and regulatory aspect associates with the process
