Customer Experience Executive

Role Overview: You will assist shareholders in buying and selling shares following predetermined procedures and service standards under appropriate guidance and direction. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and emails from Shareholders, addressing their queries within agreed service standards. - Assist Shareholders in buying or selling shares over the phone within agreed service standards. - Respond to basic queries, escalating to senior colleagues when necessary. - Contribute to completing the team's workload. - Continuously improve your skills and knowledge within the operational team, identifying areas for process and service improvement. - Undertake duties at a similar level as required. - Ensure compliance with Equiniti's procedures, standards, reporting requirements, and relevant regulatory and statutory requirements. - Complete work within Equiniti's security arrangements to protect the business. - Undertake all duties in accordance with the company's Regulators requirements. - Ensure all work is undertaken within the quality system and complies with security arrangements. Qualifications Required: - Timely completion of work and contribution to team workload. - Meeting targets for accuracy, quality, and agreed service levels. - Satisfactory resolution of queries. - Adherence to procedures and regulations. - Contribution to continuous improvement. - Ongoing development of knowledge and skills. - Demonstrate willingness to contribute to the team beyond immediate tasks. - Quality support provided to colleagues. - Development of technical knowledge and skills. - Contribution to target achievement and team goals. - Successful task delivery.
