Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for our professionals and customers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, and Global Emails. Your role involves acting as a product expert, assisting professionals with their queries, and ensuring prompt resolution of concerns through calls, emails, and the Zendesk ticketing system. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities, meet Customer Success KPIs, and maintain high levels of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. - Act as the first point of contact for professionals and customers in various regions - Be a product expert and assist with queries - Respond to calls and emails, ensuring effective resolution - Utilize Zendesk for customer communication and support ticket management - Identify and pursue sales opportunities - Meet Customer Success KPIs and maintain high service delivery standards - Ensure satisfactory resolutions within specified Turnaround Time (TAT) To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong proficiency in spoken and written English - Excellent problem-solving and selling skills - Proficiency in using laptops/computers with above-average typing speed - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - High motivation, work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Company is on a mission to revolutionize the online marketplace for professional services and is the UK's largest & fastest-growing services marketplace.
