Tripate is a growing travel company helping customers with group tours, customized travel plans, and visa services

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage inbound customer calls professionally.
  • Explain details of our group tours, itineraries, costs, and inclusions.
  • Guide customers with information on tourist visa requirements and documentation.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and bookings.
  • Provide end-to-end assistance to customers for their travel needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tour managers & visa team) for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in

    English + Tamil / Telugu

    (both preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of

    tours, flights, and visas

    (training will be provided).
  • Ability to handle calls patiently and explain clearly.
  • Graduate in any stream; prior experience in travel/visa/customer service is a plus.
  • Computer skills: Email, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM handling.
