Customer Executive - Ecommerce

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an E-commerce Customer Executive. As an onsite worker, your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and providing product information via chat, supporting customers in making purchases, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also be expected to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue, provide replacement support, and effectively resolve customer complaints. Meeting sales targets and performance metrics will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in the English language (both written and spoken), and have a strong background in sales and customer service. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media will be advantageous. The ability to work in an office environment and willingness to work the night shift from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am are essential requirements.
