Job Title: Customer Escalations Support (Email and Chat)

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide step-by-step guidance to customers
• Maintain detailed records of interactions
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams
• Meet service levels for response and resolution
• Multilingual support is a plus (Italian, French, German, Spanish, Japanese)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email and chat-based support
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability
• Experience in ISP or telecom domain preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
