Customer Engineer

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, delivering end-to-end installation, configuration, deployment, and optimization of products and solutions; assess customer environments, align implementations with requirements, and ensure smooth onboarding with minimal disruption to operations.


• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues; perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents within SLAs, document resolutions, and proactively recommend preventive measures to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions; support pre-sales activities including demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations; and contribute customer feedback to product improvement initiatives.


• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular reviews, performance monitoring, and advisory sessions; guide customers on best practices, upgrades, security, and scalability; and ensure solutions continue to meet evolving business and technical requirements.


• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles; adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards; participate in training and certification programs; and continuously enhance technical skills to stay current with emerging technologies.
