Role - Customer Facilitation Executive Exp - 2 to 5 years Location - Kk Nagar, Madurai Job Description: 1. Lead Management & Coordination Receive and organize prospective client details forwarded by the sales and digital marketing teams (especially via social media platforms). Maintain an updated database of potential leads and ensure timely follow-up. 2. Client Communication Initiate and conduct professional, persuasive telephonic conversations with highend clients (HNIs and UHNIs) to explain the companys Design, Build & Interior services. Clarify techno-commercial queries and position the brands value proposition effectively. Build client trust and interest by addressing their aspirations, concerns, and expectations tactfully. 3. Meeting Facilitation Coordinate and schedule meetings between interested clients and the Director/Managing Director. Ensure pre-meeting briefs and follow-ups are executed with precision. 4. Conversion Support Track progress of leads through the business funnelfrom inquiry to conversion. Assist in creating a seamless experience that enhances client confidence and leads to business acquisition. 5. Client Experience Management Serve as the first point of contact and ensure a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Maintain excellent client relations throughout the pre-sales process Required Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication skills in TAMIL & English. Strong understanding of customer service and sales coordination. Confident, articulate, and polished telephone etiquette. Professional and pleasing personality suitable for dealing with high-profile clients. Ability to understand and explain basic design and commercial terms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-savvy: Should be comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Preferred Candidate Profile: Female candidates with MBA in Marketing. Previous experience in client servicing, tele-sales, or hospitality/front office roles is a plus.
