Customer Engagement - Business Analyst Tech & Digital

As a skilled Sr. Business Analyst, Customer Engagement at Zoetis, your role will involve collaborating with the business to build business cases for customer engagement capabilities. You will be responsible for expanding or introducing new SFDC functionalities to increase customer engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing functional requirements documentation such as user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria - Eliciting requirements through various methods like interviews, document analysis, and business process descriptions - Assisting with gap analysis, business process redesign, and developing proof-of-concepts - Evaluating business needs and translating them into technical solutions around Customer Engagement - Providing information to ZTD and Business leadership regarding best practices, industry trends, and business opportunities You will need to have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 6-8+ years of SFDC experience. SCRUM certification is preferred, and a background in life science / animal health is a plus. Proficiency in gathering business requirements, communication skills, critical thinking, and knowledge of SFDC applications are essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams and Agile methodology is required. In addition to technical skills, you should possess attributes such as a strong work ethic, logical thinking, and conflict management. Preferred credentials include Salesforce Business Analyst Certification. Please note that the position offers a hybrid work schedule, with office presence required on Tuesdays to Thursdays.,
