Job Description

You will be joining Accenture as a Customer Contact Comms New Associate in the Customer Support vertical. Your main responsibility will be managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best possible resolutions. You will need to have good communication skills and industry knowledge to excel in this role. Being proficient in email and chat processes, as well as having good typing skills, is preferred. Your tasks will include recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests within specified support parameters. You will also be required to manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible for non-voice interactions like email, web, and chat. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Solve routine problems primarily through precedent and referral to general guidelines - Interact mainly within your team and with your direct supervisor - Receive detailed instructions for all tasks - Make decisions that impact your own work under close supervision - Function as an individual contributor in a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work - Be prepared for working in rotational shifts **Qualifications:** - Any Graduation Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
