Job Description

As a Customer Contact Comms New Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations, and complaints effectively. Your responsibilities will include providing the best resolutions, closing faults, and complaints within SLAs, and showcasing proficiency in email and chat processes. Your skills in recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving incidents and service requests, especially in non-voice interactions like email, web, and chat, will be crucial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and resolve customer queries, escalations, and complaints - Close faults and complaints within SLAs - Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests - Handle non-voice interactions such as email, web, and chat effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - 0 to 1 year of experience - Good communication skills - Knowledge of social media platforms - Experience in the BPO industry - Team management skills - Incident management experience - Project management experience is a bonus In this role, you will be expected to solve routine problems by following general guidelines and precedents. Your interactions will primarily be within your team and with your direct supervisor. You will receive detailed instructions on tasks, and your decisions will be closely supervised, impacting your own work within a predetermined scope.
