Job Description

As a Customer Contact Comms New Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide optimal resolutions. Your role will involve closing faults and complaints within SLAs, with a preference for candidates proficient in email and chat processes, as well as typing skills. You will be responsible for recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving or assigning incidents and service requests within the defined support scope.
