As a Customer Contact Comms Associate - Voice at Accenture, you will be part of the Finance Operations vertical, assisting in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your primary responsibility will involve Customer Operations - Voice - Help desk role, focusing on ticket resolution, recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving or assigning incidents and service requests within the defined scope of support.
