Customer Contact Comms Associate

As a Customer Contact Comms Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations, and address complaints effectively. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs, with a preference for candidates proficient in email and chat processes and typing. You will record, diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, or assign incidents and service requests within the defined scope of support, managing unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations promptly for non-voice interactions like email, web, and chat. We are looking for individuals with good communication skills, basic analytical skills, and moderate knowledge of social media platforms to excel in this role. Your roles and responsibilities will involve solving routine problems using precedents and general guidelines, with interactions primarily within your team and direct supervisor. You will receive detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks and new assignments, with the decisions you make impacting your own work. As an individual contributor within a team, you will have a focused scope of work, which may require you to work in rotational shifts.
