This role involves making outbound calls to customers, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining excellent communication and service standards.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers in their regional languages.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Record and maintain all call details, customer data, and communication logs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, or call logging systems).
Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
15,000 22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
