As a Customer Care - Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting IT-related issues for customers. Your excellent IT troubleshooting skills and customer handling abilities will be essential in ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems via phone, email, or chat. Working in rotational/night shifts as per process requirements will be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for customers. - Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. - Ensure prompt resolution of technical problems via phone, email, or chat. - Follow standard operating procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in technical support/customer handling is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). - Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
