As a Customer Care -Tech Support professional, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers across various IT support processes. Your role will involve troubleshooting IT-related issues, handling customer queries effectively, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems through phone, email, or chat. Strong IT troubleshooting skills, excellent customer handling abilities, and fluent English communication are essential for this position. You will be required to work in rotational/night shifts as per process requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for customers. - Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. - Ensure prompt resolution of technical problems via phone, email, or chat. - Follow standard operating procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in technical support/customer handling, a strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting and problem-solving, and excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts and the ability to join immediately are preferred. The interview process includes a virtual first round and a final face-to-face interview (location-based).
