Network Assistance : Assist in the configuration and maintenance of local area networks (LANs). Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and user accounts. Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for future reference. IT Security : Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures, including antivirus software and firewall configurations. Monitor for and report any security-related incidents. Procurement Support : Assist in the procurement of IT hardware and software. Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of IT equipment. Meeting Support : Provide technical support for meetings, including setting up audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
