We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, drive business growth, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand our customer base, resolving customer issues, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and preserve trusting relationships with key customers
2. Manage customer communications and resolve issues efficiently
3. Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new customers
4. Improve customer care and expand the customer base
5. Monitor business competitors and stay up-to-date on industry trends
6. Coordinate with counter staff to ensure timely delivery of food to customers, avoiding delays and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
