Job Description

Responding to questions about products, services, and company policies via phone, email, chat, or in person. Resolving customer issues and complaints: Working to find solutions to customer problems, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Processing orders and returns: Handling transactions, including taking orders, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges. Providing technical support: Assisting customers with product use, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through product features. Maintaining customer records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identifying customer needs: Understanding customer requirements to provide tailored support and solutions.
