Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage. Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
  • Experience in telecom, BPO, and Telesales industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,255.55 - ₹31,730.06 per month
