1. Financial counseling2. Keeping a track of all patients and their LMP and to do wellness calls3. Maintain counselling status for each patients and provide updates4. Attending camps and managing the camp data ( coordinating with BD people to get IVF Patients from camps )5. Keeping a track of all patients
6. Verify feedback from patients and address patient concerns
