We are looking for a Customer Care Leader to lead and manage our customer service

team at Home Thali Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong communication

skills, leadership ability, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the customer care team to meet daily performance goals.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and guide team members to improve service quality.
  • Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports with management.
  • Ensure all customer interactions follow company policies and service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or team leading role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle pressure efficiently.
  • Basic computer and reporting knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
