Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
• Provide information about financial products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
• Generate leads through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an international call center environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the stock market and financial products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in lead generation and sales techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Work Schedule: Willingness to work night shifts.
• Work Mode: On-site position located in Kolkata.
