Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and issues. Provide information about financial products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed. Generate leads through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate responses. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service possible. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications: Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a related field is a plus. Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an international call center environment. Skills: Strong understanding of the stock market and financial products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in lead generation and sales techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Work Schedule: Willingness to work night shifts. Work Mode: On-site position located in Kolkata. Employment Type: Full-time with an annual salary of 3,00,000.
