Job Description

Role:
Handle Voice Technical queries (home broadband and landline) for UK Consumer customers.
Responsibilities:

Respond to and troubleshoot customer interactions via any channel.
Identify service solutions and upsell opportunities efficiently.
Make a positive impression in every interaction, contributing to First Call Resolution (FCR) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Take ownership and follow up on issues to achieve FCR and SLA targets.
Identify and communicate areas for improved customer service efficiency.
Demonstrate alignment with Vodafones vision and goals.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

1 to 5 years of relevant customer service experience in a technical process.
Preference for candidates with Broadband and Wi-Fi Router troubleshooting experience.
Voice background is mandatory.
High computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to respond constructively to change and contribute to process improvements.
Customer-centric mindset, acting as a customer champion and addressing service issues.

Additional Details

Location:
Based in Pune (due to training and OJT requirements).
Job Timing:
24x7 rotational shifts.
Work Days:
5 days a week (rotational week-off)
