Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a voice-based customer service process in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and proficiency in at least one of the specified additional languages.

Job Details

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 CTC
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: On-site, Garvebhavi Palya, Hosur Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560068
Experience: 0–3 years, subject to process requirements
Qualification: Graduation mandatory
Working Days: 5 days per week
Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs

Language Requirements
Very good English and any ONE of the following: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi.

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls according to the assigned process.
Provide accurate information and assistance.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Update customer information using computer applications.
Maintain service quality and meet assigned performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline, subject to employer requirements.
Strong English communication and proficiency in one specified additional language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work with rotational weekly offs.
Immediate joiners preferred.
