Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers, property buyers, and tenants regarding overdue payments.
Follow up on outstanding EMIs, rent, maintenance charges, and other property-related dues.
Negotiate repayment schedules and payment settlements within company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and recovery status.
Visit customers or properties when required and authorized.
Coordinate with the accounts, sales, property management, and legal departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
Resolve payment-related queries and escalate disputed accounts to management.
Meet assigned recovery targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Ensure all recovery activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred.
Experience in collections, real estate, banking, finance, or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to manage customer accounts, follow-ups, and recovery targets.
