Maintain a database of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services. Utilize data to highlight the benefits of our platform. Receiving inbound calls and resolving customer quarries, coordinating with client for smooth rental purchases. Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
