Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on an International BPO process, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers over phone calls.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech or Graduate).
Strong knowledge of English language proficiency required; fluency essential.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotational schedules.
