Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Skills and Ability

Should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want.
Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy.
Personal Attributes Should be flexible for all circumstances and be self-driven, motivated and persistent. Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge.
Computer Proficiency Should know basics of computers,
Knowledge of Telecom basics Additional Comments Candidates should be open to a shift of 24x7.
Mostly Night shifts Both side transportation will be provided as per company policy Split Week off and Split Week off and Holidays
