Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. You’ll be the voice of Silayibazi—helping customers with order-related queries, product issues, exchanges, and feedback across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Website Chat). Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries related to orders, exchanges, returns, and product inquiries Maintain polite, clear, and timely communication across channels Coordinate with the operations team for shipping and return updates Resolve complaints and ensure a delightful shopping experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Suggest improvements to support processes based on customer feedback Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi) Prior experience in D2C/e-commerce customer support preferred Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset Basic familiarity with Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and email handling tools Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure What We Offer: Flexible working hours Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced fashion brand Exposure to all facets of a growing D2C business Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift allowance Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9414556716
