Job Summary:
A Customer Care Executive is responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, or chats promptly and politely
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products and services
