Ecure Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic Customer Care Executives fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi. This is a onsite position which mandatorily requires a Graduation Degree. If you meet the above criteria, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support via voice and blended communication channels.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and pleasant demeanour while interacting with customers.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively to manage and document customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream

  (Bachelor's)

• Fluency

  in English, Hindi & Marathi.
• Competency in using

  Microsoft Office applications

  (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1 year preferred).
• Willingness to complete training before joining.
