Visit Health is hiring Customer Support Executives to assist customers with medical test requirements and diagnostic appointment bookings. The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, explaining available booking options, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding medical test requirements and diagnostic appointment bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and explain available testing and booking options clearly.
• Schedule medical test appointments based on customer preferences, location, date, and laboratory availability.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and encourage successful booking completion.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with diagnostic laboratories and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and appointment details.
• Achieve daily calling, appointment booking, conversion, productivity, and quality targets.
• Follow company processes and customer service standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in both Tamil and Hindi is mandatory.

• 12 years of experience in customer support, outbound telecalling, BPO voice processes, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and performance-based targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer management systems.
• Willingness to work in Bangalore with rotational morning shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare, diagnostic services, patient coordination, medical test bookings, appointment scheduling, or customer support will be an advantage.
