Customer Care Executive- international process

As a Customer Support Executive - International Voice at our Kolkata office, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing resolutions through voice and chat support. Your main goal will be to ensure a high-quality support experience for our international customers. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Communicate effectively in English through both spoken and written channels - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service - Adhere to quality and productivity standards to meet customer satisfaction goals Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream - Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/Customer Support, specifically in the International Voice Process - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills In addition, you will be eligible for various benefits such as a performance bonus of up to 2,000/month, a travel allowance of 1,400/month, and cab facilities for night shifts. The interview process will consist of HR screening, a functional round involving mock calls/chats, an AMCAT assessment with a minimum score requirement of 62/69, and a final operations round. Please note that you will need to have a reliable commute to Kolkata, West Bengal, as this is a full-time in-person position.
