Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational)
Working Days: 5–6 days/week
Cab: Provided (Pickup & Drop)
Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced candidates for international voice and chat support. You’ll handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high-quality support experience.
Requirements:
Education: Graduation (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice Process)
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
Compensation:
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000/month
Travel Allowance: ₹1,400/month
Cab Facility: Available for night shifts
Interview Process:
HR Screening (Voice, Grammar, Accent)
Functional Round (Mock Call/Chat)
AMCAT (Min. Score:62/69)
Final Operations Round
