Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats.
  • Resolve product/service-related queries.
  • Update customer details in CRM.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduation mandatory
  • Excellent comunication skill (English)
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus.

Shift: Rotational Night Shift

Working Days: 5 days a week
